Hi, I’m Sam. I believe therapy plays a key role in building a sustainable, fulfilling life. At the center of my work is collaboration and your autonomy. I aim to create a nonjudgmental, trauma-informed, and relational space where meaningful change can happen. Drawing from parts-based (IFS) work, my approach emphasizes curiosity, collaboration, and care.
I have extensive experience working with teenagers and their families. Whether you’re navigating complex diagnoses or hoping to strengthen communication and connection, I offer an open, curious space for exploration. Together, we can define what health and well-being look like for your family.
When working with adults, I support both individuals and couples in building stronger connections and healing attachment wounds. Using trauma-informed, IFS approaches, I guide clients through this process. I often help clients understand how larger systems—like patriarchy and capitalism—shape their experiences, relationships, and growth. My work also includes supporting LGBTQ+ clients, including those in polyamorous or non-monogamous relationships, those navigating disability or illness in relationships, and those exploring BDSM or kink dynamics.
My specialties include Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, RAD/ODD, and many forms of psychosis, including Schizophrenia and Schizoaffective Disorder.
