I am a licensed mental health counselor who specializes in working with neurodivergent populations, including autism and ADHD, especially those who receive a diagnosis later in life. My treatment approach includes exploratory techniques to help clients understand their condition and how it affects their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I also assist with communication development to help clients meet their needs safely and effectively. I understand that mental health and wellness look different for each individual. I believe treatment should reflect that.
My clinical interests include autism, ADHD, anxiety, anger, communication skills, executive functioning skills, trauma, PTSD, masking/bridging, grief, CBT, DBT skills, psychoeducation, behavior change, and narrative therapy. In my free time, I enjoy painting, board games, cooking, and amateur woodworking.
