I believe therapy is a collaborative process where you should feel heard, understood, and supported. I work with teens, young adults, and adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, neurodiversity, trauma, PTSD, grief, life transitions, self-esteem, and relationship concerns.
I am genuinely curious about the people I work with. I want to understand your experiences, perspectives, and what makes you uniquely you. My approach is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and tailored to your individual needs and goals. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and other approaches. Together, we can build self-understanding, develop practical coping skills, and strengthen your confidence in navigating life’s challenges.
My goal is to create a collaborative and supportive environment where you feel comfortable exploring your experiences and working toward meaningful change. Here, you can explore your experiences, identities, and perspectives at your own pace. Whether you are navigating ADHD, exploring your neurodiversity, or working through the effects of trauma, I am here to support you as you work toward meaningful change.
