Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Together, we can create a safe and supportive space through relational, trauma-informed therapy for adults and couples. Therapy with me invites authentic expression, healing, discovery, and growth while honoring all parts of your identity and journey. I believe deeply in the therapeutic power of connection, compassion, and curiosity, and I strive to embody these values in my work.

Through a relational and systemic lens, I practice from a humanistic, attachment-focused, and anti-oppressive framework. My work is guided by narrative, collaborative, and psychodynamic approaches, as well as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). In addition, I often integrate mindfulness and creative expression to support deeper insight and regulation.

I work with adult individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, relational stress, self-esteem concerns, identity exploration, life stressors, and major transitions. I am especially passionate about working with LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and immigrant clients and prioritize creating spaces that feel affirming, empowering, and safe.

Previously, I worked in an inpatient day treatment setting providing individual, group, and family therapy to adolescents and their families. Outside of clinical work, my background in education, research, and healthcare continues to inform my collaborative and thoughtful approach to therapy.

Outside the therapy room, I recharge by spending time with my spouse and two dogs. I also enjoy crocheting, meditating, gardening, swimming, and long walks in nature. Each mental and relational health journey is unique, and therapy looks different for everyone. It would be my privilege to support you as we explore where you want to go and how to get there together.
