Do you feel like you’re living the life meant for you? I believe we all have the best version of ourselves within us, and we suffer when our lives, actions, and thinking don’t align with it.
I received my master’s degree in integrated behavioral health at the University of Minnesota, and my educational and work backgrounds include addiction counseling, mental health counseling, and the fields of neuroscience and mental health research. I remain driven by curiosity and passion for the science of mental health, and I update my clinical approach with the latest research discoveries.
I use a variety of evidence-based techniques to treat individual adults and couples navigating a wide range of issues and mental health concerns, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Prolonged Exposure Therapy. I like to work with clients towards wholeness using strategies based on Carl Jung’s “shadow” concept. I see clients as the individuals they are, with their own unique challenges, values, and strengths, and use an individualized treatment approach to deliver person-centered care to reach therapeutic goals.
Let’s work together to give you the tools you need to dismantle your obstacles and clear the path to your authentic self.
