I am a passionate clinician with a deep commitment to intergenerational healing and language revitalization within First Nations communities. With a Master’s in Counseling and Psychology Services, I am able to support adults and emerging adults (18-21) to explore and heal from anxiety, depression, trauma, and establish and foster community connection and engagement. If you are seeking a safe and supportive space to embark on your healing journey, I invite you to join the circle. Together, we can explore the path towards resilience, empowerment, and cultural revitalization.
I have specific experience in mediating discussions in groups, institutions, and higher education systems, shedding light on the historical genocide in the Americas. My goal is to create a space for understanding, empathy, and collective healing.
Beyond my professional endeavors, I find solace and inspiration in beadwork and sewing, and connecting with traditions that transcend generations. Harvesting wild foods and medicines is not just a pastime but a way to stay rooted in nature. In my free time, you might catch me riding my bike or indulging in the peaceful art of stargazing.
