If you are using insurance TCTCA will submit a bill to your insurance company for the cost of your appointment.  Typically within 1-6 weeks (depending upon the insurance company) TCTCA and you will receive an Explanation of Benefits that outlines the amount the insurance company has paid, the discount that has been applied to our standard rate, and the amount, if any, that you are responsible for.  Once that information is received our office will charge the credit card you have on file in the amount dictated by your insurance company.  TCTCA does not send regular invoices, however you will receive the explanation of benefits from your insurance company which will explain all of the charges.  If you ever have any questions about your bill, or need to update your billing or insurance information please contact our office at 763-898-3323 or at

TCTCA values your time, and the time of your therapist, and ask that in the event you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment that you provide your therapist as much notice as possible.  In the event that you have to cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice you may be required to pay a cancellation fee.
