Hi! I’m Bri. Struggling with your mental health can feel exhausting and overwhelming. I work with children, teens, and adults facing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, OCD, depression, eating disorders (including ARFID), and life stress. My approach is straightforward, supportive, and practical. I use evidence-based therapies such as exposure and response prevention (ERP), cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy to help you build skills that reduce distress and restore a sense of control.
Before moving into outpatient practice, I worked across PHP, residential, and inpatient settings as both an individual and group therapist. This experience helps me understand complex needs and meet clients wherever they are in their journey.
