It is my passion to help others by working together to address life’s difficulties, stressors, and especially the internal mental battles that can make each day feel overwhelming, or perhaps downright impossible. Through my 11 years in the field, I have worked with individuals ages 8-90 from a variety of different backgrounds, and it is my priority to meet each person where they are at in life with an empathetic ear and an open mind.

I specialize in helping individuals with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety (generalized, social, specific phobias), depression, body-focused repetitive behaviors (hair pulling, skin picking, etc.) and eating disorders. I employ evidence-based therapeutic practices, such as Behavioral Activation, Exposure and Response Prevention, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, and various techniques within Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I have a master’s degree in counseling and psychological services from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota.
