Anna Martyna

LPCC, Supervisor

I’m a licensed therapist with years of experience in helping individuals, couples, and families navigate their emotional and mental well-being. My approach is rooted in empathy, compassion, and understanding, as I believe that creating a safe and non-judgmental space is essential for the therapeutic process.  I earned my Master of Science in Community Counseling from St. Cloud State University. I provide both in-person and virtual therapy to best fit your needs.

I specialize in working with individuals who may be struggling with a range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and trauma. I utilize evidence-based therapies, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) to help individuals identify and challenge negative thought patterns, manage their emotions, and heal from past experiences.

I also work with coupled persons who are facing challenges in their relationships, whether that be communication issues, conflicts, or even infidelity. Through couples therapy, I help partners to understand perspectives, identify patterns in their interactions, and develop new communication skills to strengthen their bond.

I have a passion for working with women and empowering them to recognize their own strength and worth.  Whether it be managing work-life responsibilities, navigating relationship challenges, or dealing with systems of postpartum depression, I strive to provide a supportive and empowering space for women to process their experiences and develop coping strategies.

If you’re interested in exploring therapy as a way to improve your mental health and well-being, I would be honored to work with you. Let’s schedule a session today and start your journey towards healing and self-discovery!

A little about me: I enjoy singing, crafting, and spending time with family and friends.
