I have special training and interests in working with teens and adults on issues of anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, and women’s issues especially identity-building during times of transition. I can relate to the struggles of balancing family, work, relationships and time for oneself.

I specialize in Solution-Focused, Cognitive Behavioral, and Mindfulness-Based therapeutic strategies. I utilize a client-centered approach to therapy, as it creates a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients. I offer a safe environment where my clients are free from moral judgment and other biases that may hinder personal development.
