I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I hold a doctoral degree from Argosy University in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have worked in the Minnesota Department of Human Services for over 14 years, serving children, adolescents, adults and families from all socioeconomic backgrounds in the areas of economic assistance, child protection, crisis responder and juvenile corrections. I have 10 years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents and adults, couples and families with a wide range of mental health concerns and dual diagnoses.
I have a collaborative, unique, confidential and empathic relationship is developed between clients and myself. I offer a wealth of clinical knowledge in working with individuals, couples and families with relational issues. I also specialize in racial and cultural issues, masculinity, spiritual exploration, blended family issues discernment counseling and general wellness areas including stress management and mindfulness.
