I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), and have been working in the field of food and nutrition since 2010. As an RDN, I’ve worked in several areas of nutrition, health and wellness, but most enjoy helping people to eat “real food” again. Eating healthy can be confusing, time consuming and overwhelming. I seek to make eating healthy fit into your everyday life. Whether you’re trying to manage a particular condition (like heart disease or diabetes), you’re looking for guidance on overall wellness, or you want to improve the eating habits of your family, I can help. As a dietitian, I believe it’s important to understand that everyone has different life schedules, priorities and capacities. We will work together to make sure our nutrition counseling sessions are tailored to you. Improve your health by creating reasonable health goals and making sustainable changes to your daily habits.

I received my Master’s in Public Health from the University of Michigan in 2013. My focus was on Health Behavior and Health Education, and I have a certificate in Risk Sciences and Human Health. This training prepared me to understand individual health behaviors and the many outside factors that impact them (e.g. access to healthy foods, unpredictable work schedules, family matters, etc). I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics from Central Michigan University in 2009 and have been an avid foodie since.
