I take a collaborative approach to support you in the process of healing and growth. In this process, I draw from Narrative, Solution-Focused, and Cognitive Behavioral therapeutic approaches.

I provide couples counseling and individual counseling. Areas of expertise and interest include Anxiety, Depression, Grief and Loss, Racial/Cultural Topics, Divorce, Women’s Issues, Self-worth, Peer Relationships, and Spirituality.
